Debby Stone, JD, CPCC Debby Stone provides values-based coaching to lawyers, leaders and entrepreneurs who want to discover and implement practical strategies for turning their life vision into reality. She combines her coach training, extensive business experience and entrepreneurial creativity to help her clients attain their goals more quickly and easily. Debby helps her clients create balance in their lives and bring more life to their work. Debby also leads workshops and retreats focusing on skill-building and improving the effectiveness of teams. Debby earned her certification as a professional co-active coach through the Coaches Training Institute. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation, CoachVille, and the Georgia Coach Association, where she currently serves on the Board. Debby is the co-founder of Corner Office Coaching, which provides individual and group coaching as well as workshops to professional service providers in the context of their businesses. She is also the co-founder of GROWE (Georgia Roundtable of Women Entrepreneurs), an organization dedicated to helping women business owners thrive, professionally and personally. Prior to becoming a coach, Debby spent over 16 years practicing law, both at a large Atlanta firm and in her own firm, Stone Law Associates, Inc. Debby is a leader in the business community and currently serves as the 2006 Co-President of ProWIN, an Atlanta based women’s networking organization, where she served as President in 2005. She is also an active member in the Atlanta chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, where she currently serves as a CEO Roundtable facilitator. She previously served as 2004-05 Vice President of Programs and was a finalist for 2005 NAWBO-Atlanta Member of the Year. Debby is also a member of the Atlanta Advisory Board for the Women’s Leadership Exchange and is an active member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She is a senior editor and contributing writer for The Complete Lawyer e-zine, has been a columnist for North Fulton Living and Cherokee Living magazines, and currently hosts The Business Hour on Radio Sandy Springs. Debby also serves as a mentor in the Pathbuilders Achieva program (formerly Georgia 100). She is a sought after speaker with presentations and workshops focusing on time management, life balance, defining success, networking, and methods for setting and achieving goals. Debby received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the Institute of Policy Sciences at Duke University and received her Juris Doctorate with high honors from the Duke University School of Law. She has worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and in human resources for Contel Service Corporation. She contributes her time to a number of non-profit organizations and enjoys running, making jewelry and reading novels. She is also an avid Duke basketball fan. Dave Flannery is a professional coach and consultant who combines years of hands-on experience with coach-specific training from the Coaches Training Institute. Dave focuses primarily in the areas of business, sales and relationship coaching. His solution-oriented approach provides clients with immediate value and an unlimited opportunity to learn, grow and develop. Dave’s insightful, individualized approach to each client coupled with the accountability needed to ensure implementation of strategies developed in the coaching process translates into bottom line growth. As a business coach and consultant, Dave works with entrepreneurs and business owners to help them take their businesses to the next level. He focuses on business strategy, marketing, sales, human resources, business process, and infrastructure. As a sales coach, Dave draws on over twenty years of sales experience to assist his clients in becoming more successful sales people. His coaching includes work with individuals just beginning their sales careers as well as those who are sales veterans and want to take their careers to the next level. Dave also developed and now teaches an innovative, proprietary sales methodology called Momentum Selling, and is currently writing a book on the Complex Sale. Dave attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and has over thirty years of diverse business experience. He has twenty-two years of sales, marketing and business development experience and twelve years of business process and software design background, including seven years as a Project Coordinator with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Over the course of his career, he has held executive positions in sales, marketing, consulting services and human resources. Dave also has entrepreneurial experience having founded and served as President of Vital Resources Group, Inc., a business consulting company, and Big Creek Landscapes, Inc., a design and build landscape company.
