In addition to providing individual coaching, InterVision Group also offers informative, energizing and interactive workshops to corporations, non-profits and business groups who want to provide a facilitated group environment for learning and growth. Our workshops are customized for your group’s needs and focus on specific topics that may represent a challenge or opportunity for your group. Topics include: time management, energy management, life balance, developing a personal definition of success, creating a corporate culture by design, using the DiSC profile as a hiring and/or business tool, corporate values/vision/mission and more.
InterVision Group also offers coaching in a group setting to individuals and organizations. Coaching groups can be formed around specific working groups, teams, topics or other commonalities. Our coaches facilitate groups within companies as well as groups that cross company lines. We also work with groups of entrepreneurs seeking facilitated brainstorming, learning and growth. In addition, Debby Stone is a principal in
GROWE (Georgia Roundtable of Women Entrepreneurs) which offers ongoing groups for women business owners and executives to help them thrive, personally and professionally.
Debby is also an experienced keynote speaker and facilitator. She is a dynamic speaker who connects with her audiences, making her speeches memorable, enjoyable and informative. Debby is also experienced in providing content and structure for retreats including board retreats, women’s retreats, and corporate management retreats. She will work with you to develop a strategy to ensure that the time your group spends at its retreat is productive, insightful and fun.
