Relationship Coaching

Whether your focus is on a professional or personal relationship, our coaches work with you to enhance communication, clarify goals and improve the overall quality of your interaction. We work with business partnerships, teams, and romantic couples, providing the tools and guidance to make those relationships more fulfilling and successful.  We believe that each relationship system is an entity all its own, and we work with each person in the relationship or team to ensure that objectives are being defined, agreed upon, and met. Our coaches are uniquely qualified to work with relationships and teams. Debby Stone has been trained as a relationship, team and systems coach through the Coaches Training Institute and The Center for Right Relationship.  In addition, Debby and fellow InterVision Group coach Dave Flannery are husband and wife, and they team up to coach couples, which adds an additional dimension to that process.
